All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

You can submit refund requests within 7 business days after the order is delivered you can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. No questions asked! We offer unconditional returns/exchanges during the 15 days period after the date of sale if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
